I've been with Midgett Insurance for now 30 years,ive only had 3 or 4 claims. each time my then agent was there,in person to answer any and all questions. Sure there are cheaper ones out there, but you get what you pay for. My current agent Madeline Land, has been available any time i need to ask something. A few years back my wife was in an accident,not her fault. The at-fault drivers insurance company(cut-rate ) wouldnt return my calls, Madeline told me not to worry, she would handle it. within 20 minutes, the other agent called me, rental car waiting. When my roof was damaged during a storm, she had an adjuster there in 24 hrs, and work began in 48 hours. The whole staff is top-notch, and its a real hometown feeling whenever i go in there. GREAT JOB GIRLS!!!

It’s been a pleasure having Madeleine from Midgett Insurance Agency take care of our home owner’s insurance policy. Owning second home in a separate state we weren’t sure of all the ins and outs and she has taken the time to answer any questions or concerns we have in a very quick, efficient and reliable manner. It’s a bonus that she is also extremely nice and friendly. She has always made herself available for appointments that fit our schedule and she even asks if we want a mid-year call just to have a chance to check in and see if we need anything. The agency is one my grandparents used as well as my father so it’s nice to have the consistency as well and there’s a security in being with a company that has been around for decades as well especially with second homes since we might know most things we should be worried about but not all. Having a company that is located in the area is more helpful to us than calling a random toll free number with a customer service agent anywhere in the world.
